Arts center for Norristown breaks ground this morning

Groundbreaking was planned this morning for a new performing arts center in Norristown, Montgomery County. The center at 401 DeKalb Street will become a permanent home to Theatre Horizon once the building project is finished in October, according to Brittany Harmon, a spokeswoman for the nonprofit drama group.
